Mark Your Calendars
Our Fall Season Starts September 5th

Photographs are a wonderful way to remember your visit to Cornucopia Farm!

We encourage visitors to take casual photographs for their personal use. Photographers who are coming to the farm for the sole purpose of taking posed photos of people or animals must obtain a permit available at the Farm Market.

Photo sessions are allowed during General Admission hours. The last wagon ride out to the u-pick patches is always one hour before dark. Sessions will need to end by 7pm unless prior arrangements have been made.

Thank You!

NOTE: We will only have sunflowers the first two weeks of the season.
(9/6 3-8pm; 9/7 10-7pm; 9/8 1-7pm & 9/13 10-8pm; 9/14 10-7pm; 9/15 1-7pm)

Professional Photographer Fee - $40

Photographer admission included. This is required for any photos taken in the Sunflower or Pumpkin patch where a photographer is being paid for their services by their client(s). This ticket is for single-family/client session.

Photos may only be taken while we are open for General Admission Hours.

Mini Session Photography Fee - $65

If you are scheduling a mini-session series with your clients, where you will be offering your photography services to more than two families/client(s) we ask that you select this option. Photographer admission is included. You do not need to select the option above, if you are offering mini-sessions.

Language for checkbox:

  1. Photographers must sign in and out at the admission window to receive and return their pass.
  2. Absolutely no pets are permitted on the farm or in the fields for photos.
  3. Photographers and guests must park in the designated parking area and are welcome to take photos only in areas that are open to the public. (During U-Pick season you are welcome to take photos in the pumpkin patch, petting farm, etc when those areas are open.)
  4. All photography must be Family Friendly! No suggestive photos or dress are allowed on Cornucopia Farm property.
  5. You may be asked at any time to move to a different location at Cornucopia Farm if it interferes with our daily work or the farm experience for other guests. Photos inside The Farm Market and at the Cafe are not permitted due to a limited amount of space.
  6. We ask that photographers be courteous to other guests and avoid equipment or setups that might hinder others from picking, walking through the farm/mazes, ect. We very strongly discourage props and equipment that cannot be easily carried by hand. Large props, furniture and elaborate lighting systems are not permitted.
  7. Using Cornucopia Farm restrooms for clothing changes will not be permitted as there are a limited number for all guests to use and no mirrors available.
  8. In the event of rain or other inclement weather the paths/wagon rides may be closed. Additionally, we do our best to predict the bloom time (for pumpkins and sunflowers) but things can change from day to day with agricultural crops so please check our Facebook page for any changes or give us a call at 812-752-6694.
  9. You are welcome to take pictures with the animals, however photographers and guests are NOT allowed to climb over gates or enter pens with the animals. This is for everyone's, including the animal’s, safety.
  10. Please respect the natural environment and the food we are growing. Any items that are picked MUST be paid for. Filling wagons/baskets with pumpkins/flowers for photos and leaving them is wasteful. We also ask that you please supervise children and ensure they are not injuring trees, plants and items being grown or sold.

Note: Other photographers may also be on the property during your sessions. Please be courteous of their photo sessions. If you are taking commercial photography/video that will be used for advertising or mass media purposed, please contact us first for permission/appointments.

Members of the press are welcome to take photos. Please contact us first, and we will be happy to assist you.

The use of drone(s) is strictly prohibited.
